Toyota Recalls 700K Vehicles For Faulty Fuel Pump

The Parts Counter Gurus have learned that Toyota is recalling nearly 700K Vehicles including the Lexus brand that have faulty fuel pumps. It has been reported that the fuel pump can fail causing the engines to stall.

This recall covers specific 2018 and 2019 Lexus LS 500, LC 500, RC 350, RC 300, GS 350, IS 300, ES 350, LX 570, GX 460 and RX 350 models.

This recall also includes specific 2018 and 2019 Camry, Highlander, Land Cruiser, Toyota 4Runner, Sequoia, Sienna, Tacoma and Tundra models. Also included are 2019 Avalon and Corolla.

At this time, Toyota is working towards a solution/repair to resolve the issue. It is our understanding, Toyota will begin notifying owners by mail in March of 2020.
